The Team Lead for the Commercial Loan Specialist Monetary Group, will manage a team supporting the Commercial division. The incumbent will oversee post-closing and servicing of complex loans—including Syndications and Capital Market transactions—ensuring regulatory compliance and timely, accurate service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Commercial Loan Specialists
- Manage due diligence, reconciliations, and monetary transactions
- Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer needs
- Research and resolve issues, escalating when needed
- Oversee team performance, processes, and timecard management
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience in Commercial Loans
- 3+ years working with participations, syndications, and Capital Market products
- Strong understanding of compliance and legal documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Salary Range:
$62,918.00 - $103,365.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
