The Team Lead for the Commercial Loan Specialist Monetary Group, will manage a team supporting the Commercial division. The incumbent will oversee post-closing and servicing of complex loans—including Syndications and Capital Market transactions—ensuring regulatory compliance and timely, accurate service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Commercial Loan Specialists
• Manage due diligence, reconciliations, and monetary transactions
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer needs
• Research and resolve issues, escalating when needed
• Oversee team performance, processes, and timecard management

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience in Commercial Loans
• 3+ years working with participations, syndications, and Capital Market products
• Strong understanding of compliance and legal documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities

Salary Range:

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
