The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting to the Chief Information Officer. This position will be responsible for handling confidential information and for maintaining professionalism in interacting with all levels of the organization, as well as with external constituents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages calendar and meeting related tasks in order to prioritize scheduling demands and logistics (i.e. scheduling meeting rooms, catering orders, etc.)
 - Acts as a trusted advisor for the respective executive in order to provide perspective on various matters needing decisions.
 - Maintains confidentiality for matters that may be proprietary, insider, financial related at either the division or Bank level.
 - Manages and/or assists with projects that may vary from small to far reaching in scope and impact. Level II will perform PM work at the division level and possibly at the Bank level.
 - Acts as a liaison between internal and external contacts and the respective executive. May represent the executive at meetings or other events when conflicts arise.
 - Performs administrative duties for their respective executive and their division, including but not limited to answering phones, sorting mail, processing expense reports and invoices, keeping meeting minutes, making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, etc.
 - Communicate regularly with all levels of Associates within the Bank, including regular interaction with other members of the ELT and their EAs. The incumbent will also communicate regularly with external contacts/business partners, such as Customers, shareholders, Board members, attorneys, vendors, etc.
 - Supervise and mentor one administrative assistant.
 - May assist the executive with the financial planning process.
 - Set-up and clean-up of conference rooms and Resource Rooms.
 - Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
- Incumbent must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred.
 - Minimum of 5 yrs equivalent work experience.
 - Must have a strong degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to ever changing list of priorities.
 - Must possess a willingness to assist in any and all projects.
 - Must be proficient using MS Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as good listening ability.
 - Must have superior Customer service skills.
 - Must model the WSFS mission, vision and strategy at all times.
 - Must have excellent problem solving abilities.
 
Salary Range:
$62,918.00 - $103,365.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
