The Collateralized Loan Obligation Specialist will be responsible for processing domestic and foreign (including foreign currency) wires, deposit of incoming wires and waterfall processing for the Global Capital Markets (“GCM”) team. In addition, the CLO specialist will be responsible for set-ups of new transactions and the maintenance of transactions on the trust accounting system, the CLO recordkeeping system, etc. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all Bank and Institutional Trust Services policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily processing of incoming and outgoing wires for a book of CLO accounts.
  • Waterfall processing, including transferring funds per the indenture on a monthly basis.
  • Timely responses to internal and external inquiries. Examples may include COIs, Compliance, Trust Operations, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining client relationships.
  • Onboard new transactions on various systems.
  • Liaison with relationship managers, administrators, CLO Specialists, CLO Analysts, Wire Services and other areas of WSFS.
  • Follow all Bank and Department policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business related major.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior banking experience preferred.
  • Must have general knowledge of regulatory rules that apply to communication with customers.
  • Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to organize workflow and high attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and exercise sound judgment.
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, investors, and others clearly and concisely.
  • Must have a working knowledge of accounts and governing documents.
