The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support either directly or indirectly to the Chief Business Banking Officer and to the Business Banking Division. The incumbent will be responsible for handling sensitive information and for maintaining professionalism in interacting with all levels of the organization, as well as with external constituents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties for their respective senior leader and/or division, including but not limited to answering phones, sorting mail, processing expense reports and invoices, keeping meeting minutes, making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Must be able to prepare, update and distribute any ad-hoc reports, as requested. These reports will require proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.  Compiling Committee meeting materials and decks as required. 
  • Set agendas for regular meetings in coordination with the appropriate leader.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate team activities.
  •  Coordination to organize key initiatives or team projects.
  • Meeting related tasks in order to prioritize scheduling demands and logistics (i.e. scheduling meeting rooms, catering orders, etc.)  The Assistant will have general exposure to project management work at the division level.
  • Act as the main point of contact for their respective senior leader and/or their respective department or division.
  • Assist with projects that may vary from small to far reaching in scope and impact on a department or the divisional level.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for their respective senior leader or division in order to provide perspective on various matters needing decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality for matters that may be proprietary, insider, financial related at the department or division level. 
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external contacts and their respective senior leader and/or division. 
  • Organization Chart management in Visio for the Business Banking Division. 
  • Regional event planning for Associates and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have 5-10 years of experience as an Administrative and/or Executive Assistant to a department business line manager or executive level manager, including industry experience.
  • Must be proficient using MS Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Visio experience is also essential.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as good listening ability.
  • Must have superior customer service skills.
  • Whether interacting with our internal or external Customers, the incumbent must model the WSFS mission, vision and strategy at all times.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range:

$48,416.00 - $79,541.75

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
