WSFS Bank is seeking a dynamic AI Program Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), driving execution across WSFS’s enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role will lead multiple high-impact workstreams—including AI strategy implementation, responsible AI governance, stakeholder and vendor engagement, use case development, and enablement programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting or professional services background, thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and ensure that AI initiatives consistently deliver measurable business value.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional execution of WSFS’s AI roadmap, including governance, vendor partnerships, change management, and firm-wide enablement.
- Oversee program-level tracking of milestones, dependencies, and KPIs across concurrent AI workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners—including Microsoft and other vendors—to deploy scalable AI solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Manage and evolve the Responsible AI governance framework to ensure ethical, compliant, and risk-informed deployment of AI technologies.
- Drive firm-wide enablement efforts, including AI training, communications, and internal community engagement to build broad-based fluency and adoption.
- Support the launch and ongoing operations of the AI Experience Center as a hub for co-innovation, solution demonstrations, and internal collaboration.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, risk logs, and progress updates for the COO and senior leadership.
- Coordinate prototype development and agile delivery of prioritized use cases, aligning technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Play a pivotal role in operationalizing WSFS’s AI strategic goals and delivering clear, measurable ROI.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Data Science or Engineering) is a plus.
- Must have 5+ years of program management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years managing AI-related programs or projects, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data strategy, and digital transformation within a corporate or advisory setting.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across both technical and business domains.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with a sharp attention to detail and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and to drive impact at scale.
Salary Range:
$75,502.00 - $124,039.00Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
