The Commercial Documentation Support Specialist will administrate, oversee and perform all activities required to manage the electronic agreements process for the Commercial Division including managing the electronic signature vendor account DocuSign.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Loan Documentation team to prepare documents to be sent out for digital signature.
- Ensure only bank approved documents are being digitally executed.
- Manage the digital documentation platform for the Commercial Division.
- Manage the legal risks of loan documentation by following appropriate procedures and controls.
- Ensure the digital platform procedures are kept current.
- Liaison with external partners to assist with DocuSign questions and concerns.
- Provide training and guidance as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 1-2 years banking experience with relevant Commercial Banking and Digital Platform experience required.
- Previous experience with loan documentation preferred.
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task with a sense of urgency.
- Must have the ability to collaborate with team members within and outside of own team.
- Must have strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products.
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Must be proactive to escalate issues and drive change on process.
- Must have the ability in critical situations to communicate clearly and act in a professional manner with both internal and external customers.
- Must have analytical skills to point out issues and isolate problems.
- Must have the ability to work with the product team when needed for fixes and or issues with DocuSign.
