The Executive Assistant II will primarily provide administrative support to the Chief Consumer Banking Officer and support senior members of the Consumer Banking division. The incumbent will serve as one of the initial points of contact to Executive Administration and must maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad spectrum of administrative support with minimal guidance to the Chief Consumer Banking Officer and other members of management as required including but not limited to calendar management and logistics, travel arrangements, catering, telephone support, event planning and coordination, typing, filing, greeting visitors, archiving, ordering of supplies, mail distribution, expense reimbursements, etc.
- Responsible for preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution, which may include composing letters and memos, compiling data for reports, creating computerized presentations, writing reports, editing, proofreading and other information preparation duties.
- Adapt to changing priorities and demanding schedules.
- Make decisions on routine to somewhat complex situations based on previous experience or priorities given by the Chief Consumer Banking Officer.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred as well as experience working with C-Suite executives.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience as an executive assistant to a member of senior and/or executive management.
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
- Must have the proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a strong degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever changing list of priorities.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully interact with all levels of management including the Board of Directors, peers and the community.
- Must be able to work independently and must utilize a high degree of independent judgment based on knowledge of the Company, policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
