The Wealth Compliance Analyst will assist the Director of Wealth Risk & Compliance, Senior Wealth Compliance Officer, and the Wealth Compliance Officers to achieve compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Wealth Compliance Officers with researching laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist the Wealth Compliance Officer with conducting internal reviews to test policies and procedures across all Wealth lines of business.
  • Assist with the compliance review of marketing collateral for both the Trust and SEC Registered RIA.
  • Assist the Wealth Compliance Officers with monitoring and researching new regulatory developments and requirements while proposing and executing solutions.
  • Participate in the collection, review and vetting of new and existing clients to ensure compliance with WSFS BSA/AML Policy.
  • Assist the Director of Wealth Risk with the creation of internal compliance training materials while assuring Wealth Compliance program is continuously updated to maintain full compliance with applicable regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; Graduate Degree is preferred.
  • Must have 5-7 years of OCC/Trust or RIA/SEC Compliance experience.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Wealth business, policies and procedures.
  • Experience with CLEAR and WorldCheck or other similar compliance research tools is preferred.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite of applications as well as Trust system applications and account history.
  • Must have the ability to plan, organize, multi-task and communicate to others.
  • Must be able to make decisions and recommendations on difficult or important issues affecting account activity.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent oral, written and visual presentation skills are required.
